•        Providing 24/7 support as per the company’s requirements.

•        Excellent troubleshooting skills on PVWA, Vault, CPM, PSM and user suspend issues, account lock issues, network and Authentication Issues, etc.

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

•        Installation and Configuration of CyberArk PAS solution, including the enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Privileged Session Manager (PSM).

•        Performing Failover/Failback.

•        Performing Account Discovery scan to get an idea of privileged accounts present in environment.

•        Profound Knowledge on other technologies like Cyber Forensics, VAPT and tools like Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit Framework, Wireshark.

•        Basic knowledge on SIEM Concepts and tools like IBM Q radar. `

•        Tools: Oracle VirtualBox, VM Ware workstation.

•        Platforms: Microsoft 8/8.1/10, Windows Server 2016.
